    • Big, long-term projects that need steady work over several months

    • Major fundraising or grant initiatives that require multiple drafts, research, or coordination

    • Full program design or creating complex evaluation plans

    • Large CRM projects like full system setups or migrations

    • Ongoing fundraising management or regular donor communication planning

    • Board development work that needs multi-session training or facilitation

    • Anything with strict deadlines or requiring an in depth understanding of your organization

    What Hourly Support Is Great For

    • Quick questions when you need expert advice right away

    • Grant or letter reviews with edits and suggestions

    • Short strategy sessions to get unstuck or plan next steps

    • Fixing small CRM or donor data issues

    • Improving a fundraising appeal or donor message

    • Talking through program ideas or getting feedback on early drafts

    • Coaching for staff or board members on a specific topic

    • Anything that can be solved or improved in a focused hour (or several)

    • Time is billed in 1 hour increments at $200 per hour.

    • After purchase, we’ll email you to schedule your session and/or gather materials you’d like reviewed.

    • Hours can be used for live sessions, offline work, or a mix of both.

    • Consultation hours expire 90 days after purchase.
