Cancellation Policy
Virtual Consultation Booking Policy All virtual consultations must be booked in advance through our online scheduling system, and payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your session. After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with your meeting link and any preparation instructions. You may reschedule your appointment up to two business days in advance at no cost. Cancellations made more than two business days before your session are eligible for a full refund, while cancellations with less than two business day notice are not refundable; however, you may transfer your appointment to another member of your team. Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the original time, and arrivals more than 15 minutes late will be treated as late cancellations. If you do not attend your session and have not canceled or rescheduled, it will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable. If technical issues occur on our end to prevent the session, we will reschedule at no cost; if technical issues occur on your end to prevent the session, you may reschedule once without penalty. To make the most of your time, please send any materials you would like reviewed at least 48 hours before your appointment. Materials submitted later may not be reviewed during your session. Sessions may not be recorded without written permission. By booking a virtual consultation, you agree to this policy.
